How It Works

13 STAGES

Every piece of content passes through a 13-stage pipeline. Each stage filters, verifies, and enriches before publication.

Fetch

Pull data from 22 source adapters: academic papers, carbon markets, satellite feeds, government databases, and more.

Curate

Extract discrete claims from raw sources. Deduplicate, tag topics, and assess initial relevance.

Rank

Score claims using 16+ factors: source reputation, data freshness, topic gaps, community requests, roadmap alignment, and LLM quality signals.

Draft

Generate tweet threads (5-7 tweets) using persona-driven LLM prompts. Each draft includes citations and data visualizations.

Verify

Three independent AI personas (Skeptic, Methodologist, Domain Expert) deliberate on every claim. Consensus required for publication.

Revise

Claims that fail verification are revised with specific feedback. Multiple revision rounds if needed before re-verification.

Review

Final editorial review for tone, accuracy, and platform guidelines. Prediction-gated: only content with sufficient predicted engagement passes.

Publish

Post threads to X/Twitter, Bluesky, and LinkedIn at optimal engagement windows determined by historical performance data.

Interact

Monitor replies and mentions. Respond to questions, acknowledge corrections, and engage with the community.

Outreach

Proactive engagement with relevant conversations, experts, and trending climate discussions on social platforms.

PollEngagement

Track engagement metrics for published content. Feed performance data back into ranking and prediction models.

Reflect

Self-improvement: update source reputation scores, recalibrate predictions, run bias audits, and adjust pipeline weights.

Reports

Generate transparency reports, newsletters, and data exports. Everything we do is logged and auditable.

Every claim undergoes a multi-persona deliberation process before publication.

Skeptic

Challenges assumptions, looks for methodological flaws, questions sample sizes and statistical significance.

Methodologist

Evaluates study design, data collection methods, reproducibility, and proper use of statistical analysis.

Domain Expert

Assesses scientific accuracy within the specific field, checks for consensus alignment and proper context.

All LLM outputs are validated against Zod schemas to ensure structured, machine-verifiable responses. Community corrections further refine our knowledge base and source reputation scores.

Non-Partisan Stance

Equal skepticism toward both climate denialist and alarmist distortion. We follow the data.

We do not advocate for specific policies, parties, or ideologies. Our role is to surface verified data, track markets accurately, and flag when claims deviate from the evidence base — regardless of which direction the distortion comes from.
